1 Definitions and Applicability

4 Account Management

Closing an Account

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

399bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated after the deposit, and the bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 10 times.

Bonus Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions — reading them before accepting an offer is mandatory.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.
• The Company reserves the right to change the terms of any weekly promotional offer, including VIP cashback.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

At 399bdt, all bet and game outcomes are determined by technical systems and are final. The Company reserves the right to correct any incorrect results caused by a technical error.

Sports Betting

Odds for sports events are variable and may change at any time before the event starts. Once a bet is accepted, it remains valid at the stated odds. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the Company's decision regarding the relevant bet is final.

Casino Games

Outcomes of slots, live casino and other games are determined by random number generator (RNG) technology. The specific rules of each game provider apply. If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, the game state will be restored from saved data.

8 Prohibited Activities
